The California Healthy Kids Survey (CHKS) is a comprehensive youth risk behavior self-report survey for grades 5, 7, 9, and 11. Per NCLB, all school districts in California are required to administer the CHKS every two years.
The CHKS will be administered in February 2010. Students in grade 5 will take the Elementary Module. Students in grades 7, 9, and 11 will take the Core Module A and Marin Healthy Partnerships Custom Module G.
