Master Plan for English Learners

English Language Task Force

The English Language Task force was formed to assist with the development of our English Learners Master Plan adopted by the SRCS school board in February of 2009.  The task force will now shift its focus to help guide the implementation of the master plan, with a focus on K - 12 articulation and program coordination.  Teachers, administrators, support staff and representatives from the Dixie Elementary District will all participate in the Task Force.

Annual Measureable Achievement Objectives

Districts receiving Title III funds are held accountable for meeting annual measurable achievement objectives (AMAOs) for English learners. Parents of English learners must be notified if the district does not meet AMAOs for two or more consecutive years.
